Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Limit: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging. Shoes should be returned in their original shoebox.
  • Exceptions: Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Sale items may have restricted return policies; please check the specific product page for details.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] or +1 202 862 0737 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number is required for processing your return.
  2. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Place the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service representative. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Items that are clearly marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items that are damaged due to customer misuse

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of an error on our part. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
